This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Breaches may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, and we may report serious breaches to the relevant authorities.

You must not use Carousel Studio to

• Upload photos of, or generate content depicting, anyone under 18.
• Upload photos of anyone without their informed, documented consent. Do not upload photos of ex-partners, colleagues, public figures, or strangers.
• Create sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive imagery of any person, real or synthetic.
• Impersonate a real, identifiable person or create content that could be mistaken for a real event involving them (deepfakes).
• Harass, defame, threaten, or stalk any individual.
• Generate content depicting graphic violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Generate content designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate elections or markets.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in bulk without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, or authentication.
• Use the Service in breach of any applicable law, including intellectual-property law, defamation law, and data-protection law.

Disclosure

Where you publish content created with the Service, you must disclose that it is AI-generated wherever law, platform policy, or common sense requires — including but not limited to political, advertising, and news contexts.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using the Service to depict you or another person without consent, email [CONTACT_EMAIL] with details. We respond to verified takedown requests within 72 hours.
